Refund and Return Policy

At My Store 2, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting fixture purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund and return process.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your lighting fixture must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also include all original parts and accessories.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that have been installed, altered, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
  • Custom or special-order items may not be returnable; please check product descriptions carefully.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@vivalinktrade.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without an RMA number, as they may not be processed.
  3. Packaging: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all components, manuals, and accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective lighting fixture, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at info@vivalinktrade.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vivalinktrade.com.
